What We Write About

The CORE academy blog covers four broad topic areas that line up with what our services cover in detail:

Certifications. What CPR, BLS, First Aid, and combined certifications cover, how they differ, when each one is the right fit, and how to keep yours current. The decision-stage and renewal-stage questions individuals and managers ask before they register.

Workplace and group training. Practical guidance for employers thinking about getting a team certified, running on-site sessions, or building safety training into broader staff development. Aimed at HR, operations, and small business owners across Northeast Pennsylvania.

Behavioral management and trauma-informed care. For schools, care teams, agencies, and any organization whose staff face high-stress behavioral situations. Grounded in the trauma-informed approach our LCSW-led behavioral work uses.

Organizational development and consulting. Posts on leadership development, employee growth, HR challenges, and what it looks like when an organization brings us in for a SWOT or strategic plan rather than a single class.

About The Posts

Posts are written by the CORE Academy team and reflect the same hands-on, regional perspective that shapes our training work. We focus on questions buyers actually ask rather than chasing every trending topic. If you want to suggest a topic, send it over.

Want new posts when they go up? Email us by heading over to the contact page and we will add you to the list. No frequent emails, no fluff.
