What the Consultation Is

The CORE Academy free organizational consultation is a structured, professional assessment of your organization’s people, culture, and operational effectiveness. It is conducted on-site at your location by our consulting team – the same people who would deliver the work. During the consultation, we partner with your leadership to understand what is actually happening inside your organization: where your people are thriving, where the friction is, and where a targeted learning and development investment would produce the most meaningful change.

Following the free onsite consultation, paid services may include:

American Red Cross certification group training if compliance credentials are part of the need

Longer engagements are scoped and priced as a project. Most organizations find the engagement more than pays for itself in staff retention, leadership effectiveness, and operational efficiency within the first engagement cycle.
